The Office of Financial Aid is looking for an individual with financial aid, student finance, or other similar experience to fill the Loan Coordinator position on our Loans & Eligibility Verification Team. Apply now to join us!

The Loan Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of reviewing, certifying, awarding, and originating State and Private educational loans to ensure that timely and accurate eligibility determinations and disbursements are made in compliance with applicable regulations. This position is also responsible for reviewing, originating, and returning Federal Title IV program funds, including Direct Loan and TEACH Grant Awards, to ensure that timely and accurate eligibility determinations and disbursements are made in compliance with applicable regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience. Three years previous experience working in Financial Aid or Higher Education. Excellent organizational skills; proficient in MS Office products with ability to learn other software programs; detail oriented, and accurate. Strong communication skills: written, oral, active listening and interpersonal skills.
