Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Legal Assistant in Dallas, Texas. The Legal Assistant will be instrumental in managing legal documents, maintaining client relations, and administering Plaintiff Fact Sheets, among other tasks. This role necessitates a meticulous approach and a strong understanding of legal software.

Responsibilities:

• Process Plaintiff Fact Sheets for mass torts litigation

• Facilitate client relations, ensuring clear and effective communication

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions

• Act as a liaison between clients and legal staff, ensuring smooth operation of all legal proceedings

• Stay updated on relevant legal procedures and policies to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in plaintiff fact sheets, claim administration, including filing and tracking claims

• Demonstrated ability in maintaining strong client relations, with a focus on customer service

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
