Amazon Learning Coordinator, Training and Certification Internal Enablement in Dallas, Texas

Description

The AWS Training and Certification (T&C) organization educates Customers, Partners, and AWS employees on AWS services, products, and solutions. The T&C Internal Enablement Learning Coordinator will drive process excellence, data analysis, stakeholder management, and project handling within the AWS T&C Internal Enablement team. They will lead efforts to enhance enablement processes, maintain data integrity, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure effective enablement delivery and high quality for our stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities

  • Operationalize the design and implementation of processes across enablement programs, streamlining efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Take ownership of data management and analysis, ensuring accuracy in enablement records and generating comprehensive reports on enablement outcomes.

  • Confirm with stakeholders to identify requirements modify reports to share desired outcomes.

  • Oversee the execution of multiple enablement projects concurrently, maintaining timelines and quality standards.

  • Manage the logistical aspects of enablement, ensuring resources, materials, and facilities are prepared for successful delivery.

  • Utilize data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and areas for enhancement, informing data-driven decision-making.

  • Foster stakeholder relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring clear communication throughout the enablement process.

About Sales, Marketing and Global Services (SMGS)

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field is a must.

  • 2+ Years experience as a Training/Enablement Coordinator

  • Project Management Experience or Certification

  • Experience in coordinating multiple enablement activities with focus on efficiency and quality

  • Advanced Excel skills (VLookup, Pivot tables)

  • Strong command of English (written and spoken)

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within the enterprise software or cloud computing industry is highly desired

  • Strong familiarity in Go-to-Market strategy, customer experience design, customer success

  • Extensive experience in a coordinator role, with a passion for finding and implementing learning experience improvements

  • MBA

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $61,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $131,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
