Working as a Lead Product Technology Manager, you will oversee the implementation, management and optimization of marketing technology solutions. you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our product development process, ensuring the successful implementation of technology solutions, and driving innovation to meet business objectives. You’ll collaborate with business and technology partners to evaluate current application functions and configurations to identify potential improvements that will lead to operational efficiencies and competitive growth.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for implementing, improving, supporting and leading the processes, strategies, and tools for the assigned technical business or technical functional area.

  • Identifies areas for improvement in the operational support processes and drives initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability and user satisfaction.

  • Manages the administration of marketing technology platform which includes access management, data governance, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting to ensure platform is optimized for performance, scalability and security.

  • Liaises with development teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination, timely communication, and effective resolution of application issues.

  • Serves as a subject matter expert on application security structure, providing guidance and support for project teams, business stakeholders, compliance, and development teams.

  • Creates documentation of operational support activities, including standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles.

  • Collaborates with channel, product, technology and sales teams to align marketing technology initiatives with business needs, ensuring alignment with business growth plans.

  • Facilitate change through consulting and collaboration.

  • Compliance/Assurance including audit and compliance review and management, process and quality reviews and audits.

  • Conduct data mining and analysis necessary for reporting metrics, performance analysis and gap analysis.

  • Ability to create and deliver leadership level presentations.

  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to varying audiences including senior leadership.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities, while operating effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Excellent project management skills with knowledge of software development life cycle and software development methodologies including Agile.

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills including persuasion and conflict management.

  • Ability to lead cross functional teams to achieve goals.

  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills.

  • Solid understanding of operational risk and compliance risk.

  • Familiarity with mobility business ordering, billing, inventory, catalog, contracting and direct fulfillment applications.

  • Understanding of system architecture and knowledge of solution development concepts.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and related Project Management tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project); emphasis on Advanced Excel. Familiarity with JIRA. Oracle TOAD is a plus.

Education:

Typically requires a bachelor's degree.

Experience:

Typically requires 6+ years of experience in similar area of responsibility.

Our Lead Product Technology earns between $143,800 - $215,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
