Our client is a global healthcare company providing research capabilities to make a difference through clinical, non-clinical, and commercial settings! We are seeking a Lab Technician to join their growing team!

Schedule : Mid Shift (10am-6:30pm, or 11am-7:30pm) with rotating weekends & 3 rd Shift (4pm-12:30am or 3:30pm-12am, with possibility of OT) with rotating weekends.

Contract (6 months)

Pay: $20-23.77/hr.

As a lab technician, you will perform routine medical laboratory tests for the diagnostic treatment and prevention of disease.

Responsibilities :

• Set up adjust maintain and clean medical laboratory equipment.

• Analyze the results of tests and experiments to ensure conformity to specifications using special mechanical and electrical devices.

• Analyze gather and record test data to issue reports that use charts graphs and narratives.

• Obtain specimens cultivating isolating and identifying microorganisms for analysis.

• May examine cells stained with dye to locate abnormalities.

• Consult with a pathologist to determine a final diagnosis when abnormal cells are found.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma; preferred Associate degree in medical technology

• 1-2 years of laboratory experience
