Overview
Position Summary: CANDIDATES MUST RESIDE IN OR NEAR THE DALLAS/FT. WORTH, TEXAS AREA
The primary objective of this role is to ensure the efficient performance of the business line by overseeing financial
operations and providing support for various reports and systems.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Providing high-level support to leadership the In-Home business line by creating, monitoring, analyzing, and
reporting on a variety of financial, operational, and commercial activities such as Purchase and Sales Orders,
daily / weekly / monthly KPI’s, equipment inventory and disposal, and growth / financial results.
• Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
which support field operations.
• Partner with department heads to analyze current processes, identify areas for optimization, and create or
update Standard Work Instructions (SW)/SOPs that drive consistent, high-quality execution. Support the
Onboarding process for front-line team members to ensure a positive team member experience.
• Serving as a liaison between cross-functional teams to coordinate critical business initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze operational costs, expenses, and revenue data to identify trends to support operational
decisions, budget reviews and annual budget preparation.
• Assist the Dispatch and Damage Claims teams in addressing customer inquiries and data quality as needed.
• Oversee the management of all customer inquiries received through phone, fax, email, and online channels.
Analyze customer feedback, NPS, and CSAT data to identify trends and insights, and use this information to
inform recommendations for enhancing the overall customer service strategy. Responsible for ensuring the
business line has appropriate supplies for optimal performance, Order supplies for business line as needed.
• Keep informed with all organizational changes and business developments.
• Participate in CSC’s Lean Leader program.
• Assist in the planning and execution of business line meetings.

What we’re looking for
Required Education & Experience:
CANDIDATES MUST RESIDE IN OR NEAR THE DALLAS/FT. WORTH, TEXAS AREA
• Associate degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; and 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong written communication skills, including the ability to compose correspondence such as memos or group
emails.
• Mathematical, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to execute instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Knowledge of Lean philosophies a plus
