Description We are seeking a Human Resources Training and Development Manager to join our team in the Agriculture industry, based in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating and assisting with training documentation, managing performance within our organization, and overseeing the administration of our Learning Management System (LMS).

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage training programs across multiple locations

• Create comprehensive training documentation to enhance performance management within the organization

• Administer and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) effectively

• Travel across multiple locations as needed to provide hands-on training and support

• Utilize HR skills including 'ADP - Financial Services', 'ADP Workforce Now', 'ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode', and 'Ceridian' for effective human resources administration

• Oversee compliance and employee relations within the organization

• Manage hiring processes, ensuring they are efficient and fair

• Maintain a high level of communication within the team and across the organization

• Use 'UKG Pro' and 'UKG Ready' for effective human resources administration

• Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the team. Requirements

• Proven experience in the Agriculture industry with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role

• Strong Communication skills; ability to design and facilitate training sessions with various levels of the organization

• Knowledge of Compliance regulations in the Agriculture industry

• Demonstrated experience in Employee Relations

• Familiarity with Hiring Processes in the Agriculture industry

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) Administration
