This is an onsite program management position requiring a qualified and experienced Asset Manager to serve as the chair of a cross-functional Asset Management Team supporting a highly dynamic schedule that has impacts across the RSS program. In this role the individual will receive inputs from Raytheon and customer program leaders and stakeholders and manage allocation of aircraft, labs, test facilities, and personnel to ensure the successful execution of program requirements. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of asset management in the aerospace and defense industry.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead daily scrum meeting to streamline team communication, provide direction for the day’s activities, and quickly address immediate concerns.

  • Create and manage the Integrated Test Team’s (ITT) master schedule.

  • Liaise with internal and external customers to determine resources needed to fulfill data collection, testing, and integration requirements.

  • Serve as the chair of the weekly Asset Management Team meeting, where the cross functional team reviews and dispositions asset requests, prioritizes competing efforts, and updates the short- and long-term program schedule.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience

  • Prior experience in Program/Project Experience

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

  • Current Top Secret clearance with current Tier 5 (T5) investigation Required

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Current Top Secret clearance with current Tier 5 (T5) investigation, required on first day.

  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.

  • Prior experience with naval aviation operations.

  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

  • Strategic thinking and the ability to anticipate future needs and challenges.

  • This position is an ONSITE role, located at our Lemmon Avenue, Dallas, TX facility.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
