Job Description This position reports to the Director, Global Consumer Insights and Analytics, Adult and Feminine Care. The role requires a high degree of collaboration with Marketing, Commercial and Marketing Capabilities, Research and Development, Insights and Analytics, agency partners, and other teams as relevant and provides ongoing insight as the voice of the consumer for internal and external brand, innovation and Research and Development (RandD) leaders. This role also works with global and regional business partners to identify growth opportunities by addressing relevant business issues and identifying unmet consumer needs. You will also be responsible for elevating the Insights and Analytics acumen across the sector by engaging the appropriate experts across regions, sectors and capability teams (e.g. innovation, brand principles and foundational tools, holistic measurement, research methods, etc.)

In this role you will: * Partner with global, segment, and lead market cross-functional teams to help identify cross-market business issues, research objectives and hypotheses to enable growth and optimization opportunities * Obtain, synthesize, interpret, and apply information / data to establish facts and develop insights for performance marketing optimization, consumer trends and future market / category growth opportunities * Translate exponential changes in data, technology, and consumer touch points into opportunities for growth through capability application * Consult and drive alignment with KC global, regional and lead market sector leaders to build and apply both consumer centric decision making and capability deployment and activation * Be the voice of the consumer and support the development of future innovation pipelines and brand foundational tools aligned to the Global AFC Strategic Business Plan (SBP) * Design and manage global consumer learning plans and activities to build consumer empathy and identify opportunities that drive growth * Enable and embed core capabilities to solve business challenges globally, regionally and in local lead markets across a variety of capabilities and tools (i.e. research, media, technology and analytics) * Function as the cross regional (indirect) leader that scales business critical insights, capabilities and brand best practices with regional management and leadership * Enable global consistency that removes duplicative efforts by identifying opportunities to align consumer brand and innovation learning plans and core knowledge that drive growth for the sector * Enable consumer data driven decision making by integrating various sources of consumer knowledge across an array of tools and capabilities; As needed, manage contractors and/or external partners on the execution of projects

  • Bachelors degree and 7+ years of experience in Consumer Research and/or Analytics, which includes some expertise with leading edge capabilities; Advanced degree is preferred.
  • Adept analytical skills; ability to assess, interpret, translate, and integrate learning from multiple sources to influence organizational decisions and strategies; Ability to tell tell a concise story based on integrated learnings.
  • Be able to effectively influence across multiple markets and all levels in the organizations and pivot from traditional research methods to less conventional approaches as the need arises.
  • Ability to work in a global and/or highly matrix organization, driving collaboration and inclusion across markets, functions, departments and people of diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience across a range of categories, including Personal Care or Health Care is preferred.
  • Experience in new product development/innovation and knowledge of statistical packages and techniques to be able to interrogate analytic models is preferred.

Location: the role would require to be located within proximity of a major Kimberly-Clark office (Locations listed at the top of the job posting).

Salary Range: $128,000- $158,000 USD

This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the roles country only. Kimberly-Clark will not provide relocation support for this role.
