Description

We are in search of an FP& A Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas on a contract basis. This role is pivotal in assisting the management team with financial analytics, forecasting, and operational budgeting. The FP& A Manager will work closely with the management and operations teams to improve revenue forecasting and resource planning processes. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity. This is a 6+ month contract assignment with a hybrid work schedule requiring in office 2 days a week in Dallas, TX 75207.

Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (contract position):

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key management team members, particularly those in financial positions.

• Collaborate with the management team to analyze historical revenue and cost trends across multiple service lines.

• Enhance the revenue forecasting process by establishing connections between historical trading, existing client revenue, and new business pipelines.

• Improve resource planning processes and understand the impact of offshoring programs on margin evolution.

• Present findings and business plans to the management team and group finance and commercial teams.

• Support initiatives to develop and implement controls around revenue assurance.

• Utilize accounting software systems and CRM to ensure accurate and efficient data management.

• Leverage analytical skills to analyze revenues and trends and provide executive presentations.

• Manage the sales pipeline and resource plans using forecasting and modeling techniques.

Requirements • Must hold a minimum of 7 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a leadership role

• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems is a must

• Working knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems

• Demonstrated skills in Forecasting & Modeling

• Strong analytical skills, particularly in revenue and trend analysis

• Experience in delivering executive-level presentations

• Demonstrated ability to analyze sales pipelines and create resource plans

• Must possess excellent communication skills for delivering presentations to various stakeholders

• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
