Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Director/Manager Financial Reporting based in Dallas, Texas. This role focuses on the oversight of the general ledger and financial accounting/reporting, encompassing a variety of business needs such as project management, ERP system implementations, and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage monthly consolidated financials and management reporting packages

• Maintain and optimize the general ledger structure

• Research, assess, and document US GAAP treatment for various business transactions

• Draft the company’s accounting policies as needed

• Implement and manage portions of upstream data systems that impact the accuracy of financials

• Support the growth of the business by identifying and driving process improvements

• Oversee the general ledger, consolidated financial reporting, and support monthly budget to actuals reporting functions

• Assist with daily activities including journal entries, monthly reconciliations, and account analysis

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, ensuring they accurately reflect the organization's transactions

• Assist with the design, implementation, and execution of accounting and financial software implementations. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• In-depth understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Skills in Auditing

• Expertise in handling Balance Sheet Account

• Knowledge of Budget Processes

• Ability to prepare Internal Financial Reporting

• Experience in developing External Financial Reports

• Hands-on experience with Consolidations
