Description We are looking for a VP/Director of Finance to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will have a focus on controllership, tax, and treasury functions. You will be expected to adapt and move quickly in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your strong excel and systems skills. Excellent communication, project management, and organization skills are key to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures

• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings

• Develop and manage financial systems and policies

• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and new business opportunities

• Ensure the effective communication and presentation of critical financial matters to the board of directors

• Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations

• Develop forecasts and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports

• Review all formal finance procedures

• Leverage accounting software systems for efficient processes

• Conduct cash flow analysis and capital management

Skills:

• Proficiency in 3M and ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with CapEx and CRM

• Strong understanding of accounting functions and auditing

• Familiarity with budget processes

• Expertise in capital management and cash flow analysis

• Extensive knowledge and understanding of finance law and regulatory standards (GAAP).

• Proficiency with 3M and Accounting Software Systems.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services.

• Demonstrated ability in using CRM and managing CapEx.

• Strong understanding and experience with Accounting Functions such as auditing, budget processes, capital management, and cash flow analysis.

• Ability to strategize and solve problems.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and people skills.

• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.

• CPA is a strong advantage.
