As a Director Clinical Services Telehealth, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

  • Expert telehealth, computer, and technology skills – In-depth knowledge of telehealth solutions, operations, integrations, and interfaces. Ability to quickly become proficient in enterprise applications (e.g., Homecare Homebase, Workday), intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Advanced multi-disciplinary team management skills – Ability to guide teams in the direction of company goals, connecting the right people to optimize performance, easing conflicts, and creating a sense of alignment with broader objectives

  • Advanced business development skills - Ability to develop trusted relationships and networks, leverage personal networks, and relate across both supervisory and leadership levels

  • Advanced functional and business management skills - Ability to efficiently assess and manage time and materials, human and financial resources, including regular follow-up and corrective interventions. Ability to develop and set process and structure, introducing required changes, and managing budgets.

  • Intermediate innovation skills – Ability to offer innovative and original ideas that do not stem from existing processes and finding less evident models or original contributions. Ability to challenge status quo.

  • Intermediate strategic thinking skills – Determining strategy parameters with the aim of optimizing processes throughout the organization. Looking at things from a broad perspective, across departments, and keeping up to date with changes in the market to stay ahead of competitors.

What is Required?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, health care administration, nursing, or related field

  • 7+ years telehealth leadership

  • Value-based risk-sharing partnership experience is preferred

  • Current RN License is preferred

  • Ability to travel 20% including overnight stays for meetings and education

You will report to the Vice President of Markets.
