AT&T Communications Planning Manager in Dallas, Texas

Job Description:

AT&T is seeking a dynamic and experienced Communications /Connections Planner to join our team.This Communications Planner will be responsible for developing communication plans across earned, owned, and paid channels that effectively communicate a message to a specific audience. Planning may involve identifying communications tasks across the journey, understanding the target audience and cultural landscape, identifying the appropriate channels and tactics within a campaign based how creative and media best come together, and measuring its effectiveness.

A successful candidate will be a subject matter expert, can inspire new ways of thinking within large organizations, collaborate cross-functionally and understand how to identify opportunities at both a big picture and tactical level.

  • Experience building an audience led comms plan and driving its execution.

  • Creative strategy - creative thinking is vital for generating engaging content and innovative strategies that capture audience attention.

  • Analytical skills – essential for interpreting data, measuring effectiveness of comms strategies, and making data-driven decisions

Other considerations:

  • Agency experience with familiarity working across both creative and media initiatives in both traditional and digital tactics

Location : Position reports to either LA (El Segundo) or Dallas working out of the office 3x per week

Our Lead Marketing Communications, earn between $118,800 - $178,200. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
