Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in Dallas, Texas. This role is in the healthcare industry, with a focus on data entry and billing tasks. The position will be based on-site, where you will be responsible for managing and updating billing information for several therapists.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process billing for multiple therapists

• Regularly upload and download reports related to billing

• Maintain and update billing records in the system on a daily basis

• Utilize Basecamp system for report management and data entry tasks

• Handle accounting functions such as Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Utilize accounting software systems and EHR system for various tasks

• Use Epic Software and About Time for specific operations

• Respond to inbound calls as part of customer service duties

• Resolve customer inquiries related to billing and accounts.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Competence in Computerized Billing

• Experience with EHR SYSTEM

• Knowledge of Epic Software

• Ability to use About Time

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Expertise in handling Accounts Payable (AP)

• Capabilities in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Comfortable with answering inbound calls
