Supervises the work of subordinate employees and manages the sales process or operational change efforts.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manages an organization that is responsible for product, sales process or operational changes in support of sales efforts.

• Counsels organization regarding changes to policies, establishes procedures and communicates to the field.

• Oversees issues of diverse scope, analyzing current situation or data with multiple factors, including an understanding of current business trends.

• Position may be responsible for one or more functional areas, projects or initiatives.

• Collaborate and contributes with sales operations and regional sales leadership in the planning, readiness, and execution of initiatives including defining the training and communication requirements for assigned channels.

• Ensures readiness of the customer operations organization. Position may have responsibility for multiple sub functions such as program execution, sales planning, performance reporting and sales compensation to include strategy and execution where appropriate.

• Supervisory responsibilities include directing the daily work activities of employees, directing employee training, evaluating performance and writing performance reviews, taking disciplinary action as needed, and influencing decisions regarding hiring, firing and promotion.

Education:

• Bachelors degree preferred.

Experience:

• 7 or more years sales operations and 2 or more years supervisory experience.

Our Associate Director-Sales Operations, earn between $105,600 - $158,400. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
