Hybrid Work Schedule: 2-3 days onsite

Description:

• Ticketing experience – specifically with Remedy

• PowerShell scripting – they use PowerShell to automate processes

• Application support experience / experience working with 3rd party Vendors

• Exchange is a huge plus as they process exchange change requests (not required)
