USAP Trinity is one of largest and most reputable anesthesia groups in North Texas. We have a dynamic team of over 40 MDs and 25 CRNAs. Partnership Track:

Unique opportunity to join the reputable Trinity Division of USAP in North Dallas/Plano/Frisco as a partner track physician.

Case mix:

• Ortho/spine

• Gen surg

• OB/Gyn

• Basic trauma (level 2)

• Urology

• Rare neuro

• No hearts, no peds

  Details:

• Ideal candidate must be comfortable personally doing variety of OR cases, OB/neuraxial, and basic nerve blocks.

• Must be comfortable in hospital and fast-paced ASC settings.

• Must be comfortable with CRNA supervision and OR board management

Job Highlights

Highlights:

• 3 year partnership track

• Compensation is 75%, 80%, 85% of partner.

• Year 1 expect to earn minimum of $400k.

• Additional earning opportunities if desired.

• $50k comprehensive benefits.

• 6 weeks vacation.

• Once partnership achieved, stock options and profit-sharing boost earnings potential.

Qualifications

• All USAP Anesthesiologists must be either an M.D. or D.O. with the completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program.

• Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology.

• Anesthesiologist must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
