We are offering an exciting role for an Accounting Assistant in Dallas, Texas. This role is crucial to our team and involves a wide range of responsibilities in the accounting sector. You will be focusing on account reconciliation, handling accounts payable and receivable, and utilizing Quickbooks Online among other tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Handle account reconciliation tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all operations

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), ensuring all bills and payments are processed in a timely manner

• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring all payments are received and properly recorded

• Prepare and post journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

• Utilize Quickbooks Online for various accounting tasks, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes

• Conduct billing operations, ensuring all invoices are sent out and paid on time

• Engage in invoice processing, ensuring all invoices are accurately recorded and processed

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions

• Resolve any accounting discrepancies or irregularities efficiently and effectively

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) procedures

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) operations

• Knowledge of Billing processes

• Skilled in Invoice Processing

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Quickbooks Online

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of standard accounting principles and regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field would be advantageous.
