Key Account Manager Hematology with focus on Multiple Myeloma in mid Sweden

We are looking for an additional colleague joining the Hematology team. You will drive our portfolio in customers meetings, projects and different events and be a part of developing tactical plans and drive the implementation of those within a cross-functional team. This is a great opportunity if you want to develop within a role as Key Account Manager, as well as grow in an organization and evolve as a person. The position sought for is reporting to the Sales Manager Hematology. The position is field based while the office is in Solna, Stockholm.

Objectives of the Position

  • Establish and lead trusted relations with relevant health care professionals and key decision makers within the therapeutic area Hematology, with current focus on multiple myeloma.

  • Proactively initiate and drive your own customer projects that build customer value.

  • Develop and implement account plans, based on acquired in-depth customer and market insights, as well as identified customer needs.

  • Handle assigned budget to execute on the tactical and account plan.

  • Partner closely with the cross-functional team to give and take input to the tactics, overall strategy, and the marketing content creation.

  • Connect with and grow the wider commercial team to share experiences, insights, and best practices.

What you will need to succeed

You are result driven and continuously strive for new ways to the develop collaborations and business. You understand the value of partner management in reaching regional achievements and are driven by creating strong relationships. You have proven record in setting goals, evaluating them and track the performance of them. This could be as a key account manager or within other roles and responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (required).

  • Experience within Pharmaceutical Sales (merit).

  • Experience with pharmaceutical sales within the therapeutic area Hematology (merit).

  • A valid European driving license (required).

  • High proficiency in the Swedish and English languages (required).

  • Experience and knowledge of working in the Microsoft Office suit (required).

  • Certified in LIF or minimum bachelor’s degree with the license to sell pharmaceutical products, e.g. pharmacist, biomedicine, nurse, dentist, medical doctor etc. (required).
