Currently looking to fill the following positions in support of the Surface Combat Systems' Training Command (SCSTC) domain consisting of the Command Staff, SCSTC Units, Sites, and Detachments worldwide.

Training locations also include Shipyards, Fleet Surface Ships and Forward Deployed Naval Forces (FDNF). Services to be provided consist of Systems Engineering and Training Analysis services in support of the following areas: Manpower and Personnel, Infrastructure Support, Functional Integration Management (FIM) Support, Training Management Support, Documentation Support, Training Systems Acquisition and Lifecycle Support and International Programs (IP) Support to the Japanese Maritime Self Defense Force, Spanish, South Korea, Norwegian, Australian, Singapore Foreign Military Sales and future IP Initiatives.

Open Positions:

AEGIS PQS / RTM Analyst in Dahlgren, VA Qualifications:

• US Navy Fire Controlman (FC) AEGIS
• Three to six years' experience onboard a U.S Navy AEGIS Weapon System Baseline 5 or higher
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access

Data Analyst in Dahlgren, VA; Great Lakes, IL; Newport, RI; San Diego, CA Qualifications:

• Three (3) or more years experience and detailed technical knowledge of the U.S. Surface Combatant platform and associated war-fighter characteristics and capabilities for those platforms; specifically to include Cruiser and Destroyer configurations in use by deployed fleets
• An in-depth understanding of the interrelationship between U.S. Surface Combatant configurations, fleet readiness requirements, and land based test sites including training commands

Facilities Management Specialist in Dahlgren, VA Qualifications:

• Experience in reviewing Infrastructure documents to identify impacts to facilities, training space, equipment, HVAC, electrical, water, air, etc.
• Ability to analyze, investigate, and develop maintenance plans for MILCON, Sustainment, Restoration and/or facility modernization projects
• Initiate, track status, close facility projects in available databases
• Provide on-site facility assessment as required
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Power point

Learning Standard Specialist in Dahlgren, VA; Norfolk, VA; San Diego, CA Qualifications:

• At least three (3) years' experience in Navy Training Management, training material development, authoring tools and life cycle maintenance
• Understanding of Electronic Classroom (ECR) environments to include ECR LAN webpages and My Navy Portal (MNP) Community of Practice (COP) functionality
• Experience in curriculum test item analysis and Learning Management Systems (LMSs)
• Demonstrated experience in the analysis of change recommendations and determination of impact on system readiness and user functionality pertaining to both USN and Foreign Military Sales (FMS)
• Knowledge in releasability and disclosure issues for FMS pertaining to training tools and material

Personnel Qualifications Standards / Rate Training Manual Analyst in Virginia Beach, VA Qualifications:

Six (6) years of U.S. Navy experience

• Recent operational experience in a Surface Combat Systems ratings (Fire Controlman, Fire Controlman AEGIS, Gunners Mate, Electronics Technician, Interior Communications, BM, Operations Specialists, Sonar Technician, or Mineman)
• Recent operational experience onboard a U.S. Navy Surface Force ship class (DDG-51, DDG-1000, CG, CVN, LPD, LSD, LCS, LHD and MCM)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.

Releasability and Disclosure Analyst in Dahlgren, VA Qualifications:

• 3 years' experience with general Navy Surface Combat Systems and foreign disclosure operations
• 3 years' experience with information s curity processes for classified material handling
• Knowledge of U.S. disclosure policies and guidance

Systems Engineer in Dahlgren, VA Qualifications:

• Six (6) or more years experience in the design and/or maintenance of complex U.S. Combat Systems
• Demonstrated experience in the analysis and evaluation of recommended changes and determining the impact on system readiness and user functionality
• Must have experience in reading design documents, evaluating high level interface block diagrams, evaluating commercial equipment, part task trainer emulations

Training System Specialist in Dahlgren, VA Qualifications:

• 5 years' experience in reviewing training schedules, Navy Training System Plans, Planning Process Methodology documents, and the Navy Enlisted Occupational Classification System
• Must have knowledge of the Navy's Business Case Analysis (BCA), Front End Analysis (FEA), Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA) in the development of curriculum
• Must have demonstrated experience in the analyses of change recommendations and determination of impact on system readiness and user functionality pertaining to USN systems

Education: High School Graduate

Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET Clearance
