Rite-Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to support at NSWC Dahlgren, VA. This position is contingent upon contract award. Successful candidates will be experienced in managing DoD contracts, providing leadership and supervision to a large team of technical engineers and analysts, monitoring, and reporting contract performance status and metrics, and financial coordination and reporting. It requires excellent communication skills working with a diverse client and employee base.

Position Requirements

• Ten (10) years' experience leading teams supporting systems engineering, software development, and test and evaluation

• Experience monitoring and reporting Contract performance status and metrics, financial coordination and reporting, and the coordination of Task/Delivery Orders.

• Experience leading and managing a large-scale enterprise level combat system development organization including system engineering, design, development, unit testing, integration testing, verification and validation, and deployment.

• Navy and/or USMC combat system experience

• Bachelor of Science Degree in a related field is desired but not required.

• U.S. Citizenship and a current Department of Defense Secret clearance with Top Secret eligibility.

• Demonstrated experience leading a team of skilled professional, technical, and support personnel.

• Experience as primary point of contact on government contracts in areas such as milestone tracking, risk management, financial management, coordination of resources, schedule management, stakeholder management and day-to-day execution.

• Understanding and working knowledge of the FAR, DFARs, Government Contracts including CPFF, and DoD rules and regulations.

  Desired Skills

• Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification

• Experience executing contracts with three (3) or more subcontracts
