WHAT YOU HAVE:

• Desire to collaborate with a full-lifecycle Software Development team

• Ambition to grow

• Mission oriented mindset

• Dexterity to work with cutting-edge development tools and software languages

• Ability to observe and understand architecture and suggest changes to the team

• BS or greater in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineer, Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Physics from ABET Certified Institution and 10 Years or Master's in one of the above areas of study and 8 years.

• Four (4) or more years of experience performing software design, code, and testing.

• Possession or desire to pursue a Comptia Security+ or equivalent Certification

• US Citizenship

• Possession or Desire to pursue a government security clearance

Amentum offers the Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) Policy aims to enhance employees' professional and skill growth. The pre-approval benefit per calendar year ranges depending on the program, and employment status and can include student loan repay assistance.

Location is Dahlgren, Virginia with support from Fredericksburg, VA lab.
