As we continue to grow, we are looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Position Overview: We are seeking skilled and caring CNAs to provide personal care and support to seniors in their homes. As a CNA with Rest Assured Home Care, you will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Help with mobility, including transfers, walking, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor and report changes in clients health or behavior to supervising nurses.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Follow individualized care plans and document client care accurately.

Qualifications:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Florida.
• Previous experience in home care, nursing, or related healthcare field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and able to provide quality care to seniors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
