As part of our Worldwide Sales Business Process Re-engineering (WW Sales BPR) group, you will implement strategies, programs, tools and processes that enable the business to drive sales, improve customer experience, and innovate the way we manage and support one of the largest channel operations in the world. These solutions can be new technical capabilities, transformation of business processes to support continuously evolving sales motions, expanding Geo coverage and routes-to-market, growing complexity of sales plays, and delivering key initiatives that support a broad, cohesive sales solution strategy.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven knowledge of B2B (Enterprise) Channel Management

  • Experience in Sales operations, Channel management & enablement preferred.

  • 8 + years of experience as a business analyst leading enterprise-scale CRM, PRM projects in a global capacity

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform functionality and best practices.

  • Organized, with a natural inclination for both strategic and tactical planning, turning strategy into tangible results.

  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.

  • Validated problem solving and root cause identification skills.

  • Flexibility to work in ambiguous situations and highly matrixed, fast-paced environment. environments

  • Ability to establish and maintain trust, credibility and to build strong relationships.

  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills to audiences of varying seniority.

  • Experience working on projects with teams based outside the US including international engagements.

Description

Partner closely with business teams to become a functional expert in key B2B channel sales processes and related solutions. Establish credibility as trusted advisor by listening, understanding business requirements, and quickly providing options for consideration. Effectively leading discussions with various partners and thoughtfully asking probing questions that get to the real business needs will be essential to success in this role. Understand the strategy and the changing needs of the business via business workshop facilitation and roadmap development for future state. This will involve working with global management teams and colleagues across geographies. Focus on process innovation and efficiencies through process analysis, user experience, observations, industry trends, standard methodologies (Design Thinking, Agile), groundbreaking technology and process improvement strategies to deliver extraordinary customer-focused solutions. Be an inspiring leader developing solutions and leading project implementation. Propose solutions to build for scale by designing with a focus on flexibility. Partner with leadership teams to craft business cases and budget for projects. Set up success criteria that are clearly measurable and achievable. Adopt a standardized development lifecycle methodology for all projects, from mobilization to scoping, requirements, use case documentation, design, business readiness, testing and implementation. Support key business processes promoting application, data integrity, governance, and compliance. Be the expert to define, design and prioritize enhancements to Salesforce platform that provide significant ROI by bridging the gap between out-of-the-box Salesforce functionalities and business processes. Define requirements for reports, dashboards and alerts that support the business processes and deliver business insight. Manage User Acceptance Testing with end users, including writing scripts and securing user acceptance sign offs. Prepare the business for change and adoption, implementing appropriate change management plans.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,500.00 and $205,800.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
