The Learning & Development Program Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end learning solutions for the WW Global Sourcing & Solutions team, while driving and evangelizing innovative and effective approaches to learning. You will make a substantial impact by developing learner-centric experiences and aligning them to our business priorities. The Learning & Development Program Manager requires a high degree of analytical ability to find opportunities to improve employee development through change and creativity — proposing and developing the appropriate learning solution(s). You will interact with various Operations teams to gather requirements and develop project plans to support the learning needs and opportunities across production operations. As a Learning & Development professional you have demonstrated experience in creating highly technical training in a variety of application such as eLearning, on-demand, video-instructor-led-training (VILT), instructor-led-training (ILT), blended learning, job aides, etc. This position includes program and content development with some facilitation. The Learning & Development, Program Manager possesses a rare blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, the drive and tactical ability to make that vision a reality. You possess an in-depth understanding of adult learning theory principles and are able to balance responsibilities as an instructional designer and program manager. Key Qualifications

  • Minimum: 3 years of relevant work experience in a corporate L&D organization.

  • Professional L&D Program/Project management experience

  • Strong communication and writing skills, as well as interpersonal and influential skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment

  • Experience in at least one of the following: Instructional Design or Curriculum Design

  • Great facilitation skills

  • Measurable results of Learning Effectiveness

Description

  • Gather business requirements for current and future training content/deliverables by leading customer feedback activities and working with the content, facilitation, line-of-business, analytics, and quality teams - Manage learning projects from needs analysis to deployment, considering the complexities of a diverse audience - Drive innovative approaches to L&D and guide policy/process improvements - Engage with vendors to measure quality and effectiveness of their deliverables - Measure, understand, and communicate the overall impact learning content has on business operations to the leadership of your assigned line-of-business - Support the development of L&D Content/Processes and execute with consistent quality and timeliness - Enthusiasm for working in cross-functional teams as well as autonomously - Exceptional attention to detail

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred in Instructional Design or Education.

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,300.00 and $197,400.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
