Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in software development

  • Extensive expertise with Swift/Obj-C, iOS or macOS fundamentals and frameworks

  • Extremely strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Passion for building great products and data privacy

  • Experience mentoring and coaching junior engineers

Description

Join Apple’s Siri team to define and deliver a system that provides strong privacy guarantees while allowing Siri to improve. You should be able to understand and improve how the data flows from client to server and innovate solutions for improving data privacy while allowing Siri to deliver excellent user experiences. Your experience in developing and successfully delivering on-device software products and/or data pipelines on cloud would be preferable. Even if you don’t have the aforementioned specific experiences, don’t hesitate to apply. We are open to any strong engineers with experience in architecting solutions.

Pay & Benefits

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,700.00 and $300,200.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
