We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Senior Real Estate Manager in Culver City, California. As part of our team, you will be managing a property site used as transitional housing. Your primary role will be to oversee the property management aspects, ensuring smooth operations and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the transitional housing property

• Work closely with the asset manager to ensure the property is well-maintained and managed

• Address any property-related inquiries and issues in a timely manner

• Develop and implement effective property management strategies

• Ensure all property management practices comply with relevant laws and regulations

• Utilize Yardi software for property management tasks

• Coordinate with relevant teams and personnel for property staffing needs

• Manage customer service aspects related to the property management

• Monitor the property site to ensure it meets the needs of the occupants

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of housing programs.

Requirements • Proven experience as a Real Estate Manager or similar role in the real estate industry

• Strong knowledge of real estate law and industry practices

• Familiarity with financial and accounting principles

• Proficiency in Yardi property management software

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

• High level of professionalism and ethical behavior

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance or relevant field.
