Your New Role…

As Coordinator of Design Management for the Performance & Engagement team at Max, you will support efforts of Campaign Strategists, Designers, Creative Directors, and Project Managers to QC and deliver paid media designs, ensuring all assets are available and that all final asset deliveries are trafficked accordingly. The ideal candidate will have had digital experience within the entertainment space. He or she must be highly organized with a passion for streaming and marketing. The assets you will work with are the foundational content that our product is built on. You will work within a creative pod structure, which includes the Project Manager, Creative Director, and Designers. This role will report directly to the Manager of Design Management for the paid media workstream.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • You will act as a champion and administrator for the in-house design team and ensure that the paid media workstream has the most up to date assets, sourcing video & key art for both small and large scale campaigns.

  • Assist in the project management of creative delivery and act as the gatekeeper of high quality creative of hundreds of asset types.

  • This workstream is high volume (anywhere from 200-350 tickets at a time) so working with your manager to prioritize projects.

  • Liaison between the media team requests and the Max design team to ensure all needs are captured correctly and we can adhere to the timeline.

  • Work closely with creative and campaign managers ensuring asset management requirements are in place before campaign development begins.

  • Clear understanding of creative review and approval workflows.

  • Proactively source key art and stills based on upcoming editorial needs for the platform.

  • Create sharing folders and permissions for creative collaboration during WIP phase.

  • Assist in the QC all final assets ensuring each asset is built to specifications, branding is correct, and proper file naming and metadata have been inputted.

  • Coordinate with other Asset Coordinators to ensure synchronicity across pods.

  • Able to provide status updates in meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service, or studio, with a focus on managing digital assets for publicity, marketing, or entertainment.

  • Understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department.

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders.

  • 1-2 years of creative services experience.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Understanding of the creative production process and terminology.

  • Understanding of photography including file formats and terminology.

  • A creative problem solver.

  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be extremely detail-oriented, organized and a team player.

  • Problem-solving skills and good follow-through essential.

  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong time-management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent writing, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $36,051.00 - $66,951.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
