Job Description

In a Financial role at BIC, you will play a crucial role in supporting financial decision-making and strategic planning. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, P&L, preparing reports, and providing insights that contribute to the company's profitability and growth. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

• Influence and provide strong fact-based insights to propose brand profitability developments.

• Conduct financial analysis using historical and forecasted financial data.

• Prepare detailed reports on financial performance, trends, and forecasts.

• Evaluate financial statements and assess the accuracy and completeness of data.

• Develop financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.

• Collaborate with departments to gather financial information and provide recommendations based on analysis.

• Monitor financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks.

• Prepare presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis.

• Prepare monthly reports to ensure the correct visibility of results and understand main drivers and variances vs budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, Economics, Engineering or related.

• At least 1 year of experience in Finance.

• Knowledge of Financial Planning process (Budget, Forecasts)

• Fluent English and Spanish (both written and spoken).

• Strong Microsoft Office package knowledge (Excel, Power Point, Power Query, Power BI).

• Storytelling, influence, analytics, negotiation skills.

• Outstanding team player with excellent networking & communication skills.

• Service oriented.

• Challenge status quo.

• Ability to identify and propose process improvement.

• Knowledge of cost accounting routines.

• Analytical and writing ability for executive explanations.
