Your responsibilities as a Service Adviser at Blue Bird require you to maintain our powerful reputation of providing amazing customer service and impeccable repairs. Youll work directly with our technicians to evaluate work that needs to be done and address the customers needs.

What youll do:

Great customer as soon as they walk into our shop with a professional and polite manner.

Oversee the customer vehicle from start to finish.

Informing customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections

Overseeing and managing the service centers scheduling and work-flow

Informing customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up

Making product suggestions and recommendations..

Providing information about products or services.

Pay is based on experience
