*EMPLOYER'S NAME: SSM Health Care Corporation *POSITION TITLE: Director (Budget and Reporting) **POSITION DUTIES: Direct the implementation of financial reporting, revenue cycle and operational analytics, budgeting and long-term planning, while performing the following duties: Oversee the utilization and continuous improvement of the financial reporting function and analytics used by the healthcare operational leadership; Lead the development of budget, long-term plan and rolling forecast models and other financial as well as business insight tools; Identify and communicate appropriate and relevant financial and operational information and trends as a basis for making management decisions, ensuring thorough, accurate, and timely reports are produced on schedule by the team; Provide department leaders with the necessary support for evaluation of their monthly operational results and development of annual budgets; Provide leadership and direct the daily operations of the financial planning and analysis team and prepare annual goals, objectives, and strategies for the team; Responsible for management functions including activities related to staffing such as recruitment, hiring, performance evaluation, and compensation determination. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Position requires Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting or finance-related field; and 7 years of experience in a Finance position, with at least two years in a healthcare or medical school environment.

**OFFERED SALARY: $157,706 per year. The employer will pay or exceed the prevailing wage, as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor.
