Job Summary:
Service is the foundation of everything we stand for at Vail Resorts and our Product Sales team is no exception to creating this experience of a lifetime. Responsible for managing product and service sales operations, Product Sales Managers are devoted leaders committed to staff development and guest experience.
Job Specifications:
Outlet: Crested Butte
Starting Wage: $55,000 - $61,160
Skill Level: Advanced
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee all product sales operations such as staffing, training, payroll, budgets, inventory, equipment, and volunteer programs; collaborating with other departments as necessary
Manage teammate performance and behavior to provide meaningful feedback and direction, including recognition, correction action or escalations if necessary
Maintain quality of product sales and guest service, assisting with guest questions, comments and complaints ensuring timely resolutions
Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
Participate in leadership forums providing feedback and input on operations, training, and continuous improvement opportunities
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required; some college preferred
3-5 years’ supervisory experience in a related field preferred
Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications
Flexibility to work both inside and outside with exposure to the elements
Must be able to communicate fluently in English
The expected pay range is $55,000 - $61,160. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
