Job Title: Concrete Laborer

Job Description

Join our dynamic team in a role that demands strength, diligence, and reliability. As a Concrete Laborer, you will be integral to our production process, involving heavy manufacturing tasks such as concrete placement, general cleanup, and other duties necessary for manufacturing large precast construction components. Your role might vary between working outdoors or indoors, across different weather conditions and environments. Shift timings are variable, and flexibility to work overtime, including potential weekends, is required.

Hard Skills

• Production or heavy manufacturing experience

• General laborer or construction experience

• Use of power and hand tools

• Physical cement pouring and stripping work

Soft Skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Flexibility with varied shift schedules

• Willingness to work in physically demanding conditions

• Adaptability to work both indoors and outdoors

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Cressona, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

This position is set in a physically tough manufacturing environment, which can be either outdoors in various weather conditions or inside a plant. It can get cold during winter and hot and muggy during summer. The work is straightforward, though physically demanding, with a culture that values feedback and provides opportunities for growth and incentives. Dress code requires jeans and appropriate tops depending on the season, and safety is prioritized with a strict no jewelry and closed-toe shoes policy.
