Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, or packaging industries.

The ideal candidate will be adept at troubleshooting and repairing equipment including case packers, case sealers, filler machines, wrappers, labelers, and palletizers . Additionally, proficiency with electrical systems , including 480VAC and 24VDC power , is required. The Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for operating and maintaining Treated Water Reverse Osmosis (RO) Systems, as well as repairing and maintaining air dryers, cappers, blenders, case coders, Fuji and nitrogen injection systems, fillers, line seamers, and dud detectors. Experience with troubleshooting, programming, and installing variable frequency drives (VFD) is essential.

Starting Pay Ranges :

$35/hr. - $42/hr. Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment including case packers, case sealers, filler machines, wrappers, labelers, and palletizers.

• Work with electrical systems including 480VAC and 24VDC power.

• Operate and maintain Treated Water Reverse Osmosis (RO) System.

• Repair and maintain air dryers, cappers, blenders, case coders, Fuji and nitrogen injection systems, fillers, line seamers, and dud detectors.

• Troubleshoot, program, and install variable frequency drives (VFD).

Essential Skills

• Electrical troubleshooting

• Experience with RO system, UV system, and Siligan Vision systems

• Machine maintenance on fillers, line seamers, x-ray system, case coders, and labelers

• Aseptic fillers experience

Work Environment

The schedule will be a 2-2-3 format, so candidates must be comfortable with this shift. Training will be provided during the day for 2-8 weeks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $91520.00/yr.
