Randstad is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance person to maintain, repair, and recondition apartment, multi, and mixed use units for the Warwick, West Warwick, and Cranston Area. The position requires minor to intermediate skill level with: Carpentry, Plumbing, Interior Wall Repair, Painting, and General Maintenance. The candidate must have a Valid Driver's License and be able to clear a Background Check. If you are an experienced Building Maintenence person that is semi/retired or employed and looking to make some extra income; then this is a position for you! This is a Permanent Hire position! Flexible schedule: 2-3 days per week 8:00AM - 4:00PM Pay Range: $20.00/hour - $25.00/hour (based on skills) Benefits: - Medical and Dental - Vacation Time - Flexible Schedule

Responsibilities

• Building maintenance on apartment units, multi-family, and mixed use properties.

• Minor to Intermediate: Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting, and repairs

• Apartment Turnovers and repairs to occupied units

• Part Time: 2-3 days per week, 20 -30 hours

• Must have valid driver's license

• Background Check required

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 6 hours at one time
