Design To Delivery Inc Procurement Technician (Facility) in Crane, Indiana
Perform the following tasks in support of the NSWC Crane Contracts Department (Code 02):
Submit PR requests for the following types of acquisitions in support of Code 02:
Repetitive Supply Stock --Monitor supply stock room levels and IT supplies – submit documents required for reordering as needed
Non-Standard Requirements --Prepare information and submit to Code 1071 AQM
GPC --Prepare bankcard acquisition packages/Purchase Card Requisition Form
NMCI --Prepare acquisition package for NMCI orders
Coordinate with Code 02 financial POC for requirements ERP Purchase Request funding data.
Coordinate, track and report the following:
Personnel move requests (computer/phone jack reassignment)
Furniture/office material movement work request/PR
Process removal/disposal/tagging equipment
Tagging, paperwork, internal inventory listing
Coordinate to move material/equipment to the proper disposal area
Track status of procurements/property disposal/work requests
Locally tag IT equipment, varidesks, office chairs, and other special purchases not tagged by NSWC Crane property management
Maintain monthly inventory report for office supplies/equipment
Maintain monthly inventory report for IT equipment, varidesks, other special purchases Schedule disposition of excess material/equipment
Disposal/coordination of “give-away”/relocation
Maintain internal reports/logs/inventory listings (FS SPO Document Library)
Ensure proper record management of the electronic supplies & equipment delivered
Validate quantity received and quality (report any damaged items to government POC)
Provide receipt documentation to government POC for WAWF acceptance
Assist with Random Anti-Terrorism Management (RAM) events
Serve as Code 02 Safety Coordinator
Conduct safety walk-throughs (Code 02 work-spaces/common areas)
Report safety findings and corrective actions tracked (ESAMS)
Serve as Code 02 Fire Warden
Serve as Code 02 Facility Coordinator
Coordination of equipment, supplies and booth for the Buy Indiana annual event
Local travel approved
Assist with development of data call responses relating to facilities, equipment and other Code 02 operations as needed (data gathering/analyze data)
The contractor shall NOT remove hard drives for disposal and/or dispose of any government equipment without proper approval by the Government POC.
Deliverables:
Monthly Status Report: Report number of instances by type (ex. Personnel move requests, safety walk-through, RAM events, PR Inputs, SHARs, etc.)
Disposition of Equipment - Monthly report outlining equipment excessed, disposed of or returned to IT during reporting period.
Supply & Equipment Inventory - Monthly inventory report for supplies and equipment, to include locations.
Position is hybrid – must be on base at least 3 days a week; can work on base or at home the other 2 days
US citizenship required
Secret security clearance required – must already have or be able to be cleared
