Adecco US, Inc. Customer Service Account Specialist in Cranbury, New Jersey

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Hybrid Customer Service Account Specialist job opportunity located in Cranbury, NJ 08512 zip code.

Shift: Mon - Fri 1st shift (3 days in office & 2 days remote)

Length: 5+ months (possible temp - hire)

Pay Rate: $ 24.00/HR

**Responsible for order processing and order management of Consumer Products Division (CPD) business, while supporting key metrics and KPI's.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, edit and maintain account order requests. Manage orders from receipt to delivery. Process orders through EDI utilizing the SAP system

  • Respond to account and or sales force inquiries, maintain order processing portfolio, problem resolving and provide various data reports

  • Work closely with the accounts and sales force to ensure account satisfaction and communicate with key personnel to obtain an understanding of the account operations and business requirements

  • Interface with the various departments: Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Credit & Collections, I&C, Sales and Sales Operations, Transportation and Distribution

  • Actively participate in cross-functional Logistics Teams to improve existing processes and prevent/eliminate deductions

  • Participate in Sales, Supply Chain teams and departmental meetings

  • Perform special projects or tasks as required

  • Other duties.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • 1-3 years' experience in related field

  • Proficient skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook ( SAP is preferred)

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills dealing internally and with accounts

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail

  • Enthusiasm to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment

  • Flexibility to work occasional extended hours as required

  • Ability to present data collected and analyzed to senior leadership

Preferred:

  • 4-year college degree in Supply Chain or other Business-related discipline preferred.

  • ERP system experience a plus

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
