Adecco US, Inc. Customer Service Account Specialist in Cranbury, New Jersey
Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Hybrid Customer Service Account Specialist job opportunity located in Cranbury, NJ 08512 zip code.
Shift: Mon - Fri 1st shift (3 days in office & 2 days remote)
Length: 5+ months (possible temp - hire)
Pay Rate: $ 24.00/HR
**Responsible for order processing and order management of Consumer Products Division (CPD) business, while supporting key metrics and KPI's.
Responsibilities:
Review, edit and maintain account order requests. Manage orders from receipt to delivery. Process orders through EDI utilizing the SAP system
Respond to account and or sales force inquiries, maintain order processing portfolio, problem resolving and provide various data reports
Work closely with the accounts and sales force to ensure account satisfaction and communicate with key personnel to obtain an understanding of the account operations and business requirements
Interface with the various departments: Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Credit & Collections, I&C, Sales and Sales Operations, Transportation and Distribution
Actively participate in cross-functional Logistics Teams to improve existing processes and prevent/eliminate deductions
Participate in Sales, Supply Chain teams and departmental meetings
Perform special projects or tasks as required
Other duties.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1-3 years' experience in related field
Proficient skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook ( SAP is preferred)
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills dealing internally and with accounts
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Enthusiasm to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
Flexibility to work occasional extended hours as required
Ability to present data collected and analyzed to senior leadership
Preferred:
4-year college degree in Supply Chain or other Business-related discipline preferred.
ERP system experience a plus

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
