Holtec Decommissioning International (HDI) is currently seeking a Corrective Action Program (CAP) Coordinator to join the Palisades Nuclear Plant team in Covert, MI.

JOB SUMMARY

This position will serve as the station subject matter expert for the Corrective Action Program, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and processes.  They will execute the CAP and interface with station leaders to applicable work groups to ensure issues are identified and addressed appropriately.  They will also help to build efficiencies into new and existing CAP systems and workflows. 

JOB DUTIES

 

  • Responsible for implementing performance improvement programs and providing station support and oversight of those programs including CAP, cause evaluations, self-assessment/benchmarking, trending, and OPEX.

  • Assess CAP data to identify station trends.

  • Support CAP investigations/cause evaluations and support IR reviews.

  • Manage performance indicators.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

     

  • 2 years relevant nuclear experience including Corrective Action Program.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Technical discipline preferred.

    MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED OF THE POSITION

     

  • Experience with cause analysis preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and interface with management.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and work within deadlines.

  • Willing to be flexible and support the station as new projects arise.
