Response Technologies is seeking an entry level Manufacturing Associate.

What you’ll be doing as a Manufacturing Associate

  • Responsible for manufacturing and assembly of products and parts

  • Test products to ensure specifications are met and document processing conditions

  • Follow production guidelines and specifications to ensure quality of products

  • Maintain a clean and safe workstations and fabrication areas

  • Maintain required records of production and reports any inconsistencies or equipment issues following standard procedures

  • Operators are also responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment, and often operate multiple machines

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What you need to be successful:

  • Working knowledge of composites, textiles, medical products and other processing/fabrication equipment

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills

  • Team player

  • Critical thinking skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Working conditions and physical requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

  • Capable of standing for extended periods during the entire duration of shift

  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small components and tools.

  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for assembly.

  • Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with precision and efficiency.

  • Flexibility to bend, stoop, and crouch as required for assembly tasks.

  • Good vision, including the ability to focus on small details and identify defects.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding assembly progress and potential issues.

  • Willingness to follow instructions and ask for clarification when needed.
