Job Description:

As GBS Delivery Information Clerk you will be using internal systems to trace packages and locate proof of delivery for customers, always providing the highest quality service. This role also involves filing, maintaining reports and liaising with customers over claims. You will also be communicating with other departments both within the RO and worldwide.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

· Very good English skills (written and spoken).

· Strong customer service skills.

· Ability to work under pressure.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels.

· Excellent telephone manner

· Ability to work using your own initiative as well as within a team environment.

· Computer literate/ MS Office knowledge
