Job Description

Project: document compliance mapping task and process automation

Tasks:

1 Responsible of processing and completing invoices through Document Compliance process.

2 Management of all simulation errors appearing in Document Compliance process.

3 Engagement with main stakeholders to ensure seamless processing of actions needed to continue with Document Compliance process.

4 Management and resolution of cases blocked for payment

5 Review email assigned to Document Compliance team and provide assistance to the requests received.

6 Support with automation and digitalization of Document Compliance process.

Office 365 portfolio, and nice to have but no a must: Power BI or any platform of programming.

Lenguages: English must, Portuguese nice to have but not a must .
