Minimum/Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Food or Dairy Science, or a related field AND 3 years\' experience within dairy processing industry OR an appropriate and equivalent combination of education, training, skills, and professional experience in dairy processing. Practical experience operating, maintaining, assembling dairy or food processing equipment. Experience working in a processing setting that adheres to safe dairy or food processing. Understands food safety regulations applicable to cheese and ice cream processing. Experience developing and implementing Food Safety plan and written procedures. Experience with adhering to budgets and familiar with basic accounting. A demonstrable commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity. Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with varied audiences such as faculty, students, industry, and clientele in a team environment. Record of actively contributing to a respectful, safe, and inclusive work environment. Experience with supervision of employees. Currently possess or have ability to obtain HTST Pasteurization Operator License within 90 days of hire.
