This position will assist in the daily oversight and documentation of medical needs of individuals with developmental disabilities who attend our day program. Daily duties include medication administration and maintenance of all medication and medical records; development and updates to Annual Nursing Reviews, Plans of Nursing Services, and other required documents for the individuals who attend program; ongoing collaboration and communication with program staff, residential nurses and other clinical staff on behalf of individuals served.
