Branch Operations Manager

As a Branch Operations Manager, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

  • Manages effective and efficient processes to maximize back-office performance.

  • Manages scheduling and office administrative team(s) and supports the overall day to day office operational and scheduling functions.

  • Manages pending and scheduled start of care appointments.

  • Manages calls from patients, family, caregivers, referral sources, Patient Care Coordinators, field team members and others to assure excellent and timely customer service.

  • Assists with complaint resolutions.

  • Manages daily pending and scheduling appointments.

  • Manages onboarding and annual training of staff.

  • Participates, monitors and is responsible for achieving budget

  • Effectively manages expectations and requirements of external and internal customers.

  • Maintains current compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Maintains organized, effective, and efficient systems and Communication to ensure the continuity of quality patient care delivered.

  • Assists in evaluating agency operations and systems and identifies ways to enhance workflow and productivity.

  • Notifies supervisor of any problems requiring administrative attention and intervention.

  • Provides an environment which promotes respect for patient privacy, and property.

  • Performs other duties/projects as assigned.

What is Required?

  • Associates Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field is preferred.

  • Previous leadership experience is preferred

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% to meet business needs

  • Must have a dependable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance in accordance with the laws of the State.

You will report to the Branch Director/Administrator.
