Description:

The main purpose of this job is to own and maintain the global HR foundation data in SuccessFactors, the HRIS system of Indorama Ventures. This includes data migration for SF roll-outs of new legal entities and other projects, facilitating global changes in EC in consultation with CoE HR IS team, HR BPs, local HRs and CoE Rewards, supporting GPO EC and Process Owner - Employee Central/Reporting, and contributing to the team on recommendations for continuous improvements of Success Factors Employee Central using feedback received from end users.

Key Accountabilities and Measures

  • Ensure accuracy of SF foundation data applicable to specific legal entities

  • Update foundation data and identify system/process impacts based on new requirements and in agreement with GPO

  • Support GPO with EC related tasks, change management and roll-outs (onboarding) of new Indorama Ventures legal entities

  • Demonstrate an understanding of how employee data is maintained in Success Factors User Interface and by data files imported into Success Factors

  • Analyze employee data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis

  • Partner with AMS (Support Team) to provide timely support where possible, especially within working hours

  • Work closely with various departments, such as HR, IT, and other stakeholders, to ensure data alignment and support business needs

  • Provide training and support to end-users on data management processes and best practices

  • Encourage and direct 1st level support for HR Admin to AMS (Support Team), providing reasoning for this direction to end users

  • Facilitate bi-monthly drop-in sessions for local HR Admin / HR Managers to ask any questions

  • Deliver communications / participate in SF engagement tools and sessions for local HR to support the adoption of Success Factors globally

Critical Experiences

  • Proven experience in data management, preferably within an HRIS system like SuccessFactors/Employee Central

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Working in and with international teams

Business / Functional / Technical skills

  • Ability to be persuasive, encouraging and motivating towards key stakeholders.

  • Flexible and adaptable, ability to work in ambiguous situations,

  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills,

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel at the advanced level

  • English: Proficient in both spoken and written

Minimum Education

  • A degree in IT or Business administration or HR is required for this position.
