U.S. Pacific Fleet, Commander in Chief SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in Coronado, California

Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst, N8 Requirement and POM Department Head of EODGRU ONE. Responsibilities You will develop, evaluate, and defend operational, maintenance, and program acquisition strategies to include Explosive Ordnance Disposal/ Mobile Dive Salvage Unit (EOD/MDSU) requirements definition, budget development, and program execution You will supervise military, civilian, and contactor personnel in the identification of capability gaps; and drafting of documents to articulate identified capability gaps. You will coordinate and manage multiple and ongoing requirements review, operational deficiency and related boards requiring active and clear communication. You will develop recommendations based on detail analysis on requirements, budgetary, and acquisition related matters for review by Commander EODGRU ONE, Higher Headquarter Staffs, and Program Offices. You will prepare detailed analysis and provide analytical documentation in order to participate in executive level briefings and decision making. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector leading programmatic analysis of capability gaps and requirements to make recommendations to senior leaders that establish or defend budget planning for the support of decision-making in operational program readiness.
