Job Title: AP Lead

Manufacturing company looking for a strong Accounts Payable Lead to support the team! Great opportunity for someone looking for growth!

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience within accounts payable

Must have experience with processing high-volume invoices

Advanced experience within Excel

Experience creating purchase orders

Job Description

Process high volume of invoices and understanding international processing.

Work with PO and non-PO invoices.

Coding invoices to correct GL accounts.

Responsible for managing vendor accounts, including reconciling statements to ensure timely payment of invoices.

Work closely with various departments and vendors across different countries, researching discrepancies, validating vendor information, and handling general ledger coding of invoices.

Sending invoices for approvals before payments.

Work with management team for any invoice discrepancies.

Managing receipt of goods and invoices.

Assist with month-end closing procedures.
