Scope of Position

We are seeking a dynamic, process-oriented, and results-driven Integrated Business Process Element Leader to lead the implementation of the Oliver White Method. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and optimization of integrated business processes to drive operational efficiency and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of Reconciliation Review Element of the IBP process.

  • Support the implementation of Integrated Business Process under the Oliver White Method to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and drive alignment between business functions and strategic objectives.

  • Drive alignment between business functions, ensuring that processes are integrated and optimized to support strategic objectives and organizational goals.

  • Develop and maintain complex models for scenario planning for strategic decision-making.

  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to generate actionable insights and recommendations based on scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making by senior management.

  • Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, highlighting the potential risks and opportunities associated with different scenarios. 

  • Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow diagrams following the guidelines of the Oliver White Methodology.

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure process effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Required Education and Experience:

  • BS Degree Required, MBA is a plus

  • Proven experience in developing business processes.

  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel, with the ability to build complex models from scratch.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate concepts and analysis to stakeholders.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to understand the broader implications of financial decisions and scenarios.

The range for this position is $113,536.00 - $156,112.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
