We are actively seeking someone who is passionate about project management to take on the role of our Engineering Operations Analyst (Project Manager) at our Cork, Ireland office. The candidate will work with some of our Engineering teams that will drive and execute on all phases of projects schedule to ensure the individual project stays on track

Skills – Attention to detail, stakeholder engagement, excellent communication, and risk management.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Oversee the successful execution of the projects

• Compile regular project schedule

• Work closely with technical leaders to manage System on Chip (SOC) projects from concept through to release

• Work with the technical teams and the engineering operations team to create project schedules

• Manage the

• tatus for all stakeholders and effectively escalate issues and risks as necessary

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by ensuring lessons learned activities for the project are completed

• Work on project documentation as required

• Analyse and report on project data as needed

• Work with the engineering operations team on site initiatives as required

• Displays the ability to work under tight deadlines

• Willingness to learn new tools and techniques to improve project management skill set

• Should be organized, capable of multitasking and managing their time well

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to develop strong analytical skills.

• A nature of staying focused on solutions and ability to remain positive even under pressure

• Works well with others with good interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Excel

• Nice to have skill in MS Project

Education - Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field.

OR

Associate's degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience.

OR

High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant work experience.
